ASP1 Yoga Teacher Training

The Ayurvedic Institute’s Ayuryoga® 200-hour certification program will focus upon teaching the students how to conduct appropriate yoga instruction while working with private clients. Attention is focused on alignment, sequencing, hands-on techniques, and basic client assessment methods. Working alongside the ASP I curriculum, we will integrate and incorporate these principles to guide your ability to work with clients by incorporating both yogic and Ayurvedic principles for healing. 

ASP2 Yoga Teacher Training

The Ayurvedic Institute’s Ayuryoga® 300-hour certification program will deepen the integration of Yoga and Ayurveda in working with clients privately. Working alongside ASP 2 studies, students will expand their understanding of Yoga Chikitsa, merging all aspects of Ayurvedic protocols from lifestyle practices to herbology including the use of Jyotisha and Eastern Philosophy/Psychology to create and teach clients. This advanced certification training offers students ample clinical experience to cohesively strengthen and merge their knowledge and understanding of AyurYoga® and Ayurveda

The Yoga Alliance (YA) has approved the Institute’s ASP 1 and 2 Optional Yoga Teacher Training as a Registered Yoga School (RYS), 200 hour level and 300 hour level. The Ayurvedic Institute ID is #19894.

“Grow Your Ayurvedic Business”

The Ayurvedic Institute has partnered with Everyday Ayurveda, School of Business, to assist our alumni as well as Ayurveda and Yoga professionals who are interested in having a successful career in Ayurveda and Yoga. They offer two business certification programs:

1) Grow Your Ayurvedic Business is lead by Jacob Griscom, president of Everyday Ayurveda and our Ayurveda Business Coach, and was developed from a combined background in Ayurveda, business, sales and modern marketing.

2) Grow Your Yoga Business is directed by Kim Valeri, who has a background of over 20 years in Yoga with success as a teacher, therapist, studio owner, and Yoga certification school. Each 6-month program combines training modules and homework, weekly group coaching with the Everyday Ayurveda team, and professional MasterMind group mentorship and participation.
