Prospective students applying for the Ayurvedic Studies Programs, Levels I and II, and the Pune Gurukua Program are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee, sent with their application package to hold their place in the application process. This registration fee is not considered to be part of the tuition fees.

If the applicant cannot be accepted, this fee will be returned.

Tuition prices are set for each school year in the spring of that year, and are published on our website and updated catalogue at that time. Please be sure you have the current fee schedule when you are planning to attend school.

Once we have received the applicant's completed application package, and the applicant has received official notification of approval to participate, the applicant has 72 hours in which they may withdraw from the class and receive a full refund of all fees that have been paid toward the program.

Tuition payments for all of the Institute's programs must be paid in full before the beginning of the program or quarter.

To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion in any program, the student must pay the program tuition in full.

There are no refunds or adjustments for classes not attended.

If a student should withdraw from any of the Institute's programs or quarters, the Institute retains a portion of the tuition, in addition to the full registration fee, according to the schedule below.

Financial Aid, Work Study

The Ayurvedic Institute does not currently offer government-sponsored financial aid or other loan programs

Work study jobs are available in limited number; however they do not provide a substantial amount of earnings and cannot be counted upon to support the student’s endeavors to any great degree. Work study students earn credit toward future tuition for classes or special weekend and week-long seminars. All students are given an equal chance to sign up for available positions during Orientation Week. Based upon student availability and experience, jobs are distributed on as fair a basis as possible.
