Enjoy a weekend of practice and theory of Ayuryoga®. Each morning begins with sadhana (practice) and afternoon discussions on theory and application. Learn how Ayuryoga practices can support complete health and vitality alongside integrating Ayurveda’s doshic theory to Yoga.
Explore the qualities and teachings of both Surya and Chandra Namaskar to support optimum health. Discover how Ayuryoga’s pranayama practices can radically transform your daily routine. Understand how basic asana can support your constitution and well-being.
Friday | 7 to 9 pm : Weekend opening, Chanting, Chandra Namaskar practice, discuss energetics of Lunar sadhana.
Saturday | 8 to 10 am : Morning Sadhana 10:30 to 12 pm : Discussion of Surya and Solar practices + Pranayama Practicum
12 to 1:30 pm : Lunch
1:30 to 4 pm : Discussion of Pranayama (benefits, progression, indications) + the role of vata, pitta and kapha within asana and categories of asana
Sunday | 8 to 10 am : Morning Sadhana 10:15 to 12 pm : Pranayama practicum + Ayuryoga home practice design
