How to Enter
Participants must complete the entry form entirely in order to be eligible for the prize. Send entries, including the entry fee, to The Ayurvedic Institute at the address listed. Any entries not received by The Ayurvedic Institute by 5 pm on the day of the draw will be regarded as ineligible, irrespective of the reason. If money is received for the raffle after this time, it will be refunded in a timely manner. The Ayurvedic Institute is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; or lost or misdirected mail or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service.
Odds of Winning
The odds are one in 250, or less, if there are fewer than 250 initial entries total. Any entries above 250 received by 5 pm on the day of the draw will enter a second, third or fourth draw only if a total of 500, 750 or 1000 entries respectively have been received. This results in a new draw for each multiple of 250 entries. If less than 250 additional entries are received, beyond the first draw, entrants’ fees will be fully refunded in a timely manner.
Prize Drawing
The winner(s) will be drawn at random by Vasant Lad, MASc from a container holding the entries. This will take place after 5 pm on the day of the draw. Should this not be possible, The Ayurvedic Institute Administrator will draw the winner at the earliest possible time after this scheduled time.
Prize
The winner(s) will receive a prize of five days of panchakarma treatment at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque. It will include two free consultations (part of the standard panchakarma package), plus free accommodation for six nights, and free transportation from the Albuquerque airport to the Ayurvedic Institute and back to the airport, if the winner wishes to use this. The retail value of the prize is approximately $2450. The prize may be claimed by the winner(s) by booking dates with the Panchakarma Department of The Ayurvedic Institute. It is subject to availability of space for the desired dates.

Winners will be notified by The Ayurvedic Institute during the week following the draw. If attempts to notify a winner are unsuccessful and no response is obtained from the winner within 21 days following the draw, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random.
