The Ayurvedic Institute is a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization. Our success is in large part due to you, our friends, supporters, and donors. There are so many ways to get involved at our school. Your support helps us in furthering our mission of healing all being through Ayurveda. Our goal is to spread Ayurveda to every corner of this world, just as our beloved Vasant Lad has done.

Scholarships help to support the next generation of healers. Making a commitment to study with Dr. Lad often requires leaving friends and family and dedicating 1, 2, or 4 years to be with this knowledge.
Our Student Clinic is a low-cost clinic for both our global community and Asheville community to receive Ayurvedic consultations and treatments for a nominal fee. Your donations go directly to fund the supplies of our clinic to ensure it can continue.
We’re proud to be active members in our community. With your support, we are able to participate in more events and host education platforms in town and in our community to make Ayurveda accessible to everyone.
Our school isn’t just about academics. Our student life programming is fundamental to our student experience. Whether its catered meals, pujas and ceremonies, bringing in thought leaders from the community, and more, we want to expand their horizons and make The Ayurvedic Institute their home.
The expansion of our school and program relies on our funding. In the future, we’d like to:
• Create residences for our students to live while they study
• Have a farm for more experiential learning opportunities
• Create more classrooms to support our students
• Expand our library and student lounge
• Build a tech room where our students can study, do research, and more.
